Company Description

The Esquimalt Drydock Company is located on the southern tip of Vancouver Island on the west coast of British Columbia, Canada. We are a full service ship yard with 900 ft. of long-side work and a 1,100 ft. graving dock capable of holding ships up to 100,000 gross tons. We operate at the Esquimalt Graving Dock, a multi- user facility owned and managed by The Public Works and Government Services Canada. We provide on-site cranage service up to 150 tons on projects including new construction, conversion, ship repair, and refits. Our company is certified by the Canadian Welding Bureau and our work complies with maritime classification societies and local regulatory agencies.
