Our Employer Referral Services team supports any industry and is experienced with the hospitality and service fields (including cruise lines), as well as high-risk fields such as heavy manufacturing, construction, maritime services, fishing, transportation and firefighting. Our dedicated team facilitates the entire referral process and maintains a communication link with employers — all at no extra cost. Through our program, employers are able to quickly access care for their employees within the extensive network provided by Swedish and its health partners. The primary goal is to get your employees healthy and back to work as quickly, safely and efficiently as possible.
