Burrard Iron Works Limited has been manufacturing, supplying and servicing engine room and deck machinery for the shipping industry since 1912. Our heavy duty winches, windlasses and capstans are custom designed for each application. This ensures that they meet the strenuous and diverse requirements of deep sea towboats, arctic supply vessels, sheltered water passenger ferries, cargo ships and tankers. Our modern manufacturing facility offers full machining and repair capabilities for all our products, as well as repairs and servicing for other makes.
