VMSL's corporate office is headquartered in Port Vila, but VMSL-NY is the operational office.
VMSL operates the central registry office and handles all the details of vessel registration, mortgage recordation, seafarer documentation and all matters relating to safety and proper vessel inspection.
VMSL is concerned with maintaining high standards of safety for its fleet and to this end, Vanuatu has adopted all appropriate IMO Conventions.
